We are pleased to once again offer camping at Independence Park during the Canton Cup. We designated camping location is at Independence Park, on the corner of Denton and Proctor Roads in Canton (map found in instructions). Due to local ordinances and permits, camping is only allowed in Canton during Canton Cup and only at Independence Park …there is no camping permitted at any other site or any other day. We cannot guarantee your team will play at Independence Park and NO REFUNDS will be provided.

You must have a self-contained unit, as we do not have water or sewer availability.

All sites will have access to our generator via 50 amp hookup. If you require 30 amps, you will need to supply your own converter. (see instructions below for descriptions).

Below is the non-refundable fee to park your camper on-site for the entire weekend (based on size and availability):

  • Request received prior to April 1:
    • Less than 30 feet: $200
    • 30-39 feet: $225
    • 40 feet or longer: $250
  • Request received on/after April 1:
    • Any size: $300 (generator access only if available)

Length of RV needs to include the hitch. RV’s will be measured by the staff sometime during the weekend to verify the length. Any discrepancies found will be worked out with the owner.

If your application is accepted, you will be provided payment information with your acceptance email.

TIMELINE:

  • Application opens – June 1
  • Accepted/denied notice sent – Feb/March, later if application received after April 1
  • Payment required – Within 24 hours of acceptance (details sent with acceptance)
  • Arrival time emailed – Early May
  • RV arrivals – Thursday prior to tournament
  • Tournament – Memorial Day weekend
  • RV removal – Monday, Memorial Day
